Job Description
IEQ Capital is seeking a detail-oriented Client Operations Associate to support their client service platform. This role involves preparing account paperwork, processing documentation, maintaining client files, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The position offers a foundation for career growth within a fast-paced environment and provides exposure to the company’s operations infrastructure and client onboarding process.
Requirements
- Prepare and generate new account paperwork.
- Process and track signed documentation.
- Maintain accurate client files, including KYC records.
- Pre-fill and process Private Placement Documents.
- Track investment funding and subscription status.
- Enter and update client and account data in the CRM system (Salesforce).
