You will work with customer service and active sales in every conversation, handling customer inquiries and selling new insurance policies. Requirements

• Completed high school education or equivalent work experience
• Experience of sales and/or service
• Experience of active sales in a service environment (meritorious)
• Ability to speak and write Swedish unimpeded
• Good knowledge of English
• Comfortable with computer and phone as primary tools
