Social Media Operations Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Social Media Operations Manager to coordinate our internal teams and external agency, and operate our social media activities on a new level. The role involves creating clear briefings, quality control, and monitoring and reporting on content frequency, engagement and growth.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, project management or content operations
• Very good German and English knowledge
• High communication and organizational strength
• Experience in working with creative teams (photo, video, design)
• Fast reaction ability and operational excellence
• Understanding of live streaming and social media platform logics
