Industrial Engineer

Responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving production systems and processes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO and IATF
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other design/layout software
• Experience with time and motion studies, work instructions, and standardization
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
