Requirements

• Experience leading Product teams, preferably in mature product structures
• Consolidated experience in financial products and mastery of main disciplines such as: Treasury, Accounting, and Corporate Accounting, Order to Cash, Reconciliation, Billing
• Strong analytical ability and strategic vision
• Experience in managing roadmaps, defining metrics, and leading complex products
• Excellent communication, influence, and decision-making capacity
