Requirements

• 12–15+ years of manufacturing industry experience across discrete or complex production environments, with strong exposure to enterprise software/SaaS.
• Proven experience operating at a strategic or executive level with C-suite engagement.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operating models, value chains, regulatory context, and digital transformation levers.
• Strong commercial acumen and competitive awareness across global manufacturing markets.
• Ability to influence across regions and collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, Partners, and Marketing.
