IP Counsel (Litigation & Enforcement)

We’re looking for an experienced IP Counsel to lead global litigation and enforcement efforts across multiple jurisdictions. This role is focused on protecting intellectual property through strategic legal action, online brand protection, and high-stakes cross-border disputes.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in a major common or civil law jurisdiction (e.g., UK, USA, EU member state)
• 5–8+ years of post-qualification experience in IP litigation and enforcement, preferably from a top-tier law firm or multinational in-house role
• Strong expertise managing IP disputes across multiple jurisdictions
• Track record in executing global brand protection strategies (online and offline)
• Deep knowledge of international IP law and enforcement frameworks
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and litigation strategy skills
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strategic oversight
• Commercial mindset and ability to deliver practical legal advice in a fast-moving business environment
• Industry experience in technology, gaming, entertainment, or consumer products is a plus
• LL.B., J.D., or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution
• LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law is a strong advantage
• Bar admission in a recognized legal jurisdiction
