Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development for online or mobile games
• Proven experience with large-scale strategy (SLG) game projects is a strong asset
• Proficient in C++ with solid understanding of network communication and multithreaded programming
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or other major databases
• Familiarity with distributed systems and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize related challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage stress and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
