Job Description
Igloo, a full-stack insurtech firm, is looking for a Business Analyst to drive its commercial strategy with data-driven insights and operational support. The role involves translating business needs, partnering in presentations, bridging technical and business teams, and collaborating with QA teams. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, strong technical acumen, and domain knowledge in fintech, insurtech, or the insurance/brokerage industry.
Requirements
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and engineering/product teams
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases
- Create and maintain key BA artifacts
