Job Description
IGN Entertainment is looking for a highly motivated and experienced events professional to join us as an Events Project Manager. This role will work with the IGN Events Team on the planning and execution of IGN’s high profile custom, tentpole, B2B, and sales event portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or project management
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to self-manage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and contracts
- Comfortable with travel, including international events
