We are looking for a Head of Innovation and Service Development Department to develop and implement innovation project and service development strategies, coordinate service portfolios, and maintain a culture of innovation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in business development or project management, or in the energy sector
- At least 2 years of experience in leading a team
- Higher education in engineering, economics, or management fields
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership skills
- Good negotiation and communication, work planning, and management skills
- Ability to hear and suggest decisions
- Excellent MS Office skills in basic programs
- Excellent and clear communication in Lithuanian and English languages
