Job Description
InterContinental Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the Italian Restaurant. This is a full-time, ambitious role with a focus on providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards. The position involves operational leadership, team management, and maintaining guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-end restaurant, preferably with Italian cuisine.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a busy fine dining environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage costs, revenue, and overall outlet performance.
- Guest-oriented mindset with a strong eye for detail and service excellence.
- Fluent in English; Italian or additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
