Job Description
The Director of Sustainability at Six Senses Ibiza will deliver exceptional guest experiences, develop hosts to be the best they can be, and safeguard the company's sustainability pillars. They will work strategically with the General Manager to develop cohesive goals and procedures, and lead sustainability efforts, including events, partnerships, and guest experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, or a closely related field
- At least four years of experience in a sustainability-related role within the hospitality industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with hotel systems, including POS and Opera PMS platforms
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for the Six Senses values
