Job Description
As Resort Manager, I will deliver an exceptional experience for guests and develop hosts to be the very best they can be. I will work strategically with the General Manager to develop cohesive and productive goals for my property and establish procedures/guidelines to achieve them.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a similar luxury hotel role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management or Business Administration
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with hotel systems including POS, PMS, and MIS platforms
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish
