The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing total hotel revenue and profitability through strategic planning, pricing, inventory management, and forecasting. The role involves developing and implementing effective pricing strategies, preparing forecasts, and managing inventory across all distribution channels.
Requirements
- Degree in Revenue Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a revenue management or pricing role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
- Previous experience with IHG systems such as IHG Concerto, Opera PMS, and IHG Revenue Management tools (e.g., IHG Optix, Duetto) is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in delivering revenue growth and strategic commercial planning.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Excel, revenue systems, and data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of online distribution, OTA dynamics, and channel profitability.
- Ability to lead meetings, present performance results, and influence cross-functional teams.
