Job Description
Coherent A&D Integrated Optical Systems is seeking an Optical Tech Sr to operate precision optics and optical assemblies. The role involves manufacturing components, preparing equipment, maintaining quality control, and participating in a collaborative team environment. The business unit specializes in high-precision optics and is in Richmond, CA.
Requirements
- High school diploma is required
- 2 years of college or trade school program experience
- Experience operating precision hand tools
- Understanding of basic shop math
- Ability to perform standing, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to perform frequent and sustained standing, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and other applicable standards
- Safety and EHS requirements.
