Job Description
IRR is seeking an Operations Officer Intern to support the US Headquarters operations. This unpaid internship offers class credit. Internships can be structured as a 3-month full-time position or a 6-month part-time commitment. The role involves a range of administrative tasks, research, and assisting with various operational projects.
Requirements
- Submit resume/CV, cover letter (specifying preference for part-time/full-time)
- Assist with reviewing, analyzing, and updating database records
- Assist in proofreading and copy-editing for external content
- Assist in researching and building resources for the US Office
- Assist with posting positions
- Assist in reviewing and editing job descriptions
- Assist with updating manuals and documents
- Provide light technical support
- Assist with volunteer recruitment
