Job Description
iKnowHow SA is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company seeking a highly motivated IT Business Analyst to work on outsourced projects, responsible for demand intake, assessment, prioritization, and analysis, and act as the primary liaison between business units and IT department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Business Analyst, IT Project Manager or Demand Manager roles
- Proven experience managing demand pipelines with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in ERP, SAP, SAP S/4HANA, MOM/MES, Planning & Scheduling projects
- Exposure to agile/hybrid delivery environments
- Strong understanding of IT systems, architecture and technical terminology
- Hands-on experience with demand/project management tools such as ServiceNow
- Competence in Business Analysis & Modelling Techniques such as UML/BPMN
