Production Manager

IKO Industries Ltd. is a market leader in the manufacturing of roofing and building materials, seeking a Production Manager to oversee plant operations at the Ennis facility.

Requirements

• Technical four-year degree
• Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Proven history of operational enhancement and improvements through employee engagement
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills
• Demonstrated team-building talent and firsthand critical thinking skills
• Ability to achieve results individually and as a member of a team
