AVP - Customer Advocacy - Clinical Solutions: A role where you'll partner with leading medical groups and health systems to transform how care is delivered at scale. You'll use your deep understanding of clinical workflows and team dynamics to help providers achieve real improvements in financial performance, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinic operations or nursing operations or practice management for hospitals, health systems, and/or large ambulatory groups
• Hands-on experience in running clinic or practice operations or nursing organizations and deep familiarity with clinical workflows and EHR workflows
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for improving the healthcare experience through innovation and partnership
• Track record of driving transformation within clinician enterprises, not just incremental improvements
