Onsite Healthcare Billing Representative

IKS Health is seeking a Healthcare Billing Representative to join their on-site Patient Contact Center environment. The successful candidate will work as part of a billing team to submit accurate, clean claims to payers and collaborate with teammates to meet productivity and quality targets.

Requirements

• Work as part of a billing team to submit accurate, clean claims to payers through the client billing system.
• Address clearinghouse and front-end rejections within a 24-hour turnaround time.
• Route claims to appropriate departments when client or IKS input is required.
• Ensure billing actions are resolution-focused and completed within agreed turnaround times.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet productivity and quality targets.
