Head of Infrastructure & IT Governance

We are looking for an experienced IT Professional with extensive experience in Infrastructure management both on cloud and on premises. This role centralizes cloud expertise and decision-making, enabling faster innovation through the adoption of cloud technologies while maintaining proper governance and cost control of cloud investments, ultimately leading to improved operational efficiency, reduced technical debt, and enhanced competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Architecture, Development and Banking application, particularly in Core Banking Implementation and Integration in a cloud environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget in a cloud environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Hands on experience with programming languages like Java, Maven, Camel, Spring, and Python
• Experience in project management and leading delivery teams
• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in related field
• Additional certifications or qualifications are a plus
