Demi Chef de Partie

We're looking for dedicated individuals to join us as Demi Chef De Partie! As Demi Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef and the rest of the Galley Management team to oversee the activities of the food preparation and meal services aboard the ship.

Requirements

• Fluency in conversational & written English
• Positive attitude and self-motivation
• Ability to assist to motivate, train and supervise workforce
• Minimum of 2-years' experience in a hotel/restaurant (minimum of 4-star rating) serving contemporary continental cuisine/fusion with extensive significant banqueting capability in a capacity of DCDP or similar
• Previous Cruise ship experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS office) are advantageous but not essential
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
• Over 21 years old or turning 21 within the next 6 months
