Engineering Manager

Lead and manage multiple engineering squads, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Work in direct partnership with Product Managers and report to the client management, ensuring alignment of deliveries with business objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Engineering Manager or Tech Lead in high-complexity projects
• Proven experience in the Financial Services sector (Fintech), preferably with brokerage platforms and market data
• Strong technical background, with knowledge in backend architectures (Java and Node.js), frontend (Web and Mobile), and Data Engineering
• Experience with DevOps culture, CI/CD, and Observability
• Familiarity with customer onboarding processes in the financial sector, including KYC/AML
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary and hybrid teams
• Excellent communication and ability to influence different stakeholders, including client management
• Fluent English (essential for daily communication with international teams and partners)
