Requirements
- English: C1 or higher level.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, with experience in modern frameworks such as NestJS, Express or Fastify.
- Experience in designing and implementing BFF (Backend for Frontend) layers, ensuring optimized communication between the front-end and back-end microservices.
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Experience with microservices architectures, including REST and gRPC communication patterns.
- Expertise in event-driven architectures, using tools like RabbitMQ, Kafka and Amazon SQS.
- Experience in deploying and operating applications in the cloud (AWS or Azure).
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implementation and automation of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins or ArgoCD.
- Advanced knowledge of Git, with collaborative branching strategies (Gitflow, pull requests, code reviews).
- Familiarity with observability stacks, such as Prometheus, Grafana and ELK Stack.
- Strong focus on testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) using Jest, Mocha, Supertest or similar frameworks.
- Adoption of TDD/BDD principles and continuous improvement of code quality.
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven history with high-scale distributed systems, high volume, and low latency.
- Ability to refactor, optimize, and evolve continuously codebases and architectures.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts and asynchronous processing patterns.
- Differentials: Experience in developing web financial or investment applications.
