Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and customer-focused demeanor with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Dun & Bradstreet commercial credit reports
- Working knowledge of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) and ratios with an ability to apply such to the credit review process.
- Must be organized, efficient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision to provide accurate work while following guidelines and company policies.
- Must be able to adjust quickly to different work situations and shifting priorities, maintaining composure under pressure and in stressful situations
- Effectively manage a high volume of email communication and phone contact
- Proficiency in computer programs including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- A high degree of integrity
- Mandarin is preferred due to China market coverage
- Commercial Credit experience required, including performing credit risk assessments
- B2B collections, customer service, and/or finance background
- A business-related/Finance degree/qualification or equivalent industry experience
- 3-5 years of directly applicable experience, preferably in the life sciences industry
- Experience with GetPaid and/or SAP highly desirable
- Analytical skills necessary to reconcile customer trade accounts
