Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ABAP developers and technical consultants to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee technical deliverables across SAP projects including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
- Remain actively engage in coding, debugging, performance optimization, and complex problem resolution.
- Review and approve technical specifications, code, and documentation to ensure high quality and alignment with SAP and Illumina standards.
- Stay current with evolving SAP technologies and proactively introduce best practices and new tools to the team.
- Work independently on tasks and provide scalable technical solutions in collaboration with functional teams.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders across different time zones to achieve project goals.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage development activities
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP ECC, S/4HANA, GTS, and EWM applications
- Manage multiple technical priorities simultaneously while balancing stakeholder expectations and project timelines.
- Clearly and regularly communicate development status, risks, challenges, and opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.
