Director of Sales Senior Living position at The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, seeking a passionate and driven individual to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Three (3) years of successful sales and marketing experience in an Senior Living, specifically Assisted Living, Memory Care or related long-term care experience
• Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals
• Ability to relate well to all individuals
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
• Ability to adapt to change
