MDS Coordinator (RN)

We are seeking a registered nurse (RN) with experience in skilled nursing facilities to join our team. The MDS Coordinator will oversee the nursing home assessment and submission of Minimum Data Set (MDS).

Requirements

• Nursing Home Experience
• Current license in good standing to practice in Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse
• AANAC Resident Assessment Coordinator Certification Preferred
• 4-5 years of experience in Minimum Data Set preferred
• Ability to navigate and effectively utilize an Electronic Medical Record program
• Current CPR certification
