Job Description
Syntax is a Managed Cloud Provider specializing in Mission Critical Enterprise Applications, offering ERP deployments and monitoring. They are seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant with 5+ years of experience. The role involves end-to-end implementations and expert knowledge of specific modules.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SuccessFactors consulting experience
- Minimum of three end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
- Two or more SAP SuccessFactors Associate and/or Professional certifications
- Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors modules
- Experience implementing integrations with third-party applications (timekeeping systems)
- Experience with data migration and data management in SuccessFactors
- Experience with SAP Activate Methodology for SuccessFactors
- In-depth understanding of HR and Payroll functions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Analytical and solutions oriented
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
