Job Description
The Commercial Producer role is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new commercial accounts, identifying target industries and markets, and conducting needs reviews. The role requires a strong sales background, commercial insurance experience, and the ability to travel to various job sites.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct business to business selling experience
- Track record of exceeding sales expectations
- Experience in Commercial Insurance, preferably in Commercial Property & Casualty and Group Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses for the appropriate state of business
