Fixed Asset Accountant

ImageFIRST is a leading healthcare services organization seeking an experienced Fixed Assets Accountant to join their Accounting team in King of Hyatt in PA. This temporary full-time role is key to managing and accounting for fixed assets and capital expenditures within a large network of sites. The role requires collaboration with engineering and IT teams and provides reporting to external audits.

Requirements

• Manage the lifecycle of fixed assets from acquisition to disposal.
• Maintain the fixed asset ledger by location in Oracle.
• Monitor purchase orders in Oracle and match invoices.
• Ensure accurate capex and depreciation expense calculations.
• Ensure the accuracy of fixed asset subledgers.
• Develop and maintain reporting to track actual, committed, and future costs.
• Develop and maintain reporting to track actual, committed, and future costs.
• Draft fixed asset and ASC 842 footnote disclosures.
• Manage regular meetings with engineering and IT teams.
• Provide relevant information to tax consultant.
• Generate monthly financial reports and reconciliations accurately and timely.
