Maintenance Technician

ImageFIRST is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and continuous improvement of our production equipment. The ideal Associate will have a strong electrical and mechanical background and be able to read and interpret electrical schematics, program and troubleshoot PLCs, and maintain and repair systems involving pneumatics, motors, and control systems.

Requirements

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Resolve equipment jams on production line
• Work with pneumatic systems, including valves, cylinders, and air compressors
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems
• Collaborate with Production teams on equipment upgrades and improvements
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations
