Requirements
- A knack for building strong relationships and partnerships
- Excellent project management skills, such as ability to develop high-quality materials, work on concrete deadlines, and deliver results independently
- Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- 1-3+ years' experience working in a healthcare company, experience with a management consulting firm a plus
- A 'commercial mindset' to help the company meet its high growth goals
- Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, with a specific focus on the nuances and intricacies of value-based care; experience with Medicaid health plans is a plus
- Demonstrated ability/flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask across projects in a variety of subject matter areas
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Desire to learn, grow quickly, with a bias for action
- Willingness to travel (20%)
