Job Description
iManage is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their expanding cloud platform. This role involves creating middleware, platform guardrails, and scaling their cloud infrastructure, focusing on reliability, automation, and providing a modern, resilient platform. Requirements
- Experience writing design documents, postmortems, and refactoring application code.
- Ability to advocate for SRE principles (SLOs vs. SLAs).
- Experience in public cloud or hosted datacenter environments (Azure and AKS preferred).
- Experience with Linux server stacks (Ubuntu/Debian preferred).
- Knowledge of cloud provisioning platforms (Terraform preferred).
- Knowledge of observability and alerting tools (Prometheus/Grafana or ELK/EFK).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and rollout strategies.
