Financial Controller

IMC is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their Amsterdam office. This role is integral to the small, high-performing team, involving close collaboration with stakeholders and a focus on value creation without bureaucracy. The ideal candidate will combine financial expertise with analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Requirements

• Preparation of financial reporting for the multiple entities
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for international entities
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and foreign currency translations
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Involvement in cash management and managing the group’s liquidity and FX exposures
• Collaboration and execution of day-to-day accounting activities
• Liaison with external auditors
• Drivetradiation of process and internal control improvements
• Establish and develop relations with a diversity of stakeholders
• IT savvy and good working knowledge of Finance systems
