We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all of our non-IT categories, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of services and solutions within HR, facilities, marketing, and other non-IT departments.
Requirements
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with the company’s goals and budget.
- Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Monitor and manage procurement budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial plans.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce procurement costs.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement, including supply chain disruptions and vendor reliability.
- Support and maintain robust procurement policies and procedures to safeguard company interests and ensure adherence to these policies.
- Work closely with HR, Marketing, Facilities, Finance and Legal teams to understand and fulfill strategic procurement needs.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement best practices and supplier selection.
