Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager oversees the entire supply chain for Medimad, focusing on enhancing efficiency and productivity, optimizing the flow of medical devices and consumables. Responsibilities include sourcing, transport, warehousing, inventory management, and ensuring seamless supply chain availability to customers. This role requires strategic thinking, process improvement, and effective leadership of a team.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or similar
- Minimum 10-15 years of direct experience in supply Chain and Logistics
- At least 5 years of experience on a Managerial level
- Sound knowledge and experience in Logistics, cost optimization
- IT literate, proficient user of MS office and advanced excel skills
- Strong leadership, team building, and managerial analytical skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Focus on deliverables and result-driven work
- Matrix environment and cross-functional teamwork
