Job Description
eWord Solutions is looking for legal clerks to join our team. We seek candidates who can use the MerusCase case-management to prepare legal documents for mailing and e-filing in Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS) system.
Requirements
- Research – Locate specific documents required for e-filing and mailing
- Liaise – Collaborate with the office manager or attorney as required for particular cases
- Facilitate – Make necessary corrections and upload formatted documents into Merus
- Print – Print formatted documents to be e-filed and mailed
- E-File – File formatted documents with EAMS
- Upload – Submit the e-file packet to Merus
- Transfer – Transfer the printed documents to the mailing department for distribution
