Research Associate

iMentor is seeking a Research Associate to join their Organizational Learning and Impact (OLI) team. The job involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to inform critical work and support fundraising, organizational learning, and program implementation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience creating, cleaning, merging, managing, and analyzing large quantitative data sets
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Proficiency with R and Excel for data cleaning, data analysis, and workflow automation
• Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL) for querying, joining, and cleaning datasets
• Some experience in Power BI (or equivalent BI tools) for building dashboards and reports
