Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, industrial automation, or similar), or equivalent industry experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a keen interest in fluid power and hydraulic systems
- Proven problem‐solving and analytical skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Ability to read and understand technical information, diagrams, and engineering documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the business
