HR Administrator (m/f/x) role in an international Human Resources team, responsible for managing key administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, providing HR support, and maintaining personnel tools.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in HR operations or a similar role, preferably in an international context.
- Completed training or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of German labor law, social security regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for details, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities with a people-oriented mindset.
- Expertise in managing HR softwares, ideally Personio, is beneficial.
