Richard Yu’s online education company is seeking an evening Onboarding Specialist to join their team. This role involves welcoming new students, facilitating smooth transitions between sales and coaching, and helping to innovate the onboarding experience. The position offers a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to work with a mission-driven company.
Requirements
- Commit to working 1PM - 10PM EST Mon-Fri
- Speak fluent, accent-neutral English
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with tech stack (Loom, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, CRM)
- Attention to detail and understanding of processes
- High attention to detail and ability to innovate SOPs
