Operations Systems Specialist (Fully Remote)

We're looking for a hands-on systems builder who thrives on creating scalable operational infrastructure. In this role, you'll design and optimize CRMs, automation workflows, and dashboards that directly support revenue operations and company growth.

Requirements

• Experienced in building operational systems (CRM, automation, dashboards)
• Advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas, dashboards, Apps Script, data modeling)
• Hands-on CRM administration experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
• Familiar with revenue operations (pipeline management, reporting, forecasting)
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of system architecture
