Job Description
impact.com is seeking a Talent Development Partner to implement and manage globalized training programs for leadership, management, and professional development. This role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver e-learning materials, as well as provide coaching and mentoring to managers. The position offers a collaborative environment focused on promoting learning and growth within the company.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar people development, leadership development, or training position.
- Strong technical acumen with proficiency in digital authoring tools, webinar platforms, and learning management systems.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Adaptability, high organization, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
