Impact Kitchen is seeking a Guest Experience Team Lead to lead and train the guest experience team, ensuring a best-in-class experience for guests and new hires. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, has excellent communication skills, and can execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of team leadership experience
• General understanding of food safety and public health practices
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires
• A commitment of at least 5 days per week and 30-40 hours per week is required
