Warehouse Technician

Join our team of professionals and build a career in a fast-paced, rewarding industry! We are searching for a Warehouse Technician to support our branch operations and assist with shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and inventory structure.

Requirements

• Assist with shipping and receiving, loading & unloading trucks, and scheduling freight carriers to pick up and deliver freight
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence
• Fill sales orders, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to shipping or to designated assembly area
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program
• Weigh and count items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness/cleanliness at all times
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Gather and position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
