Job Description
Impact Theory is seeking a versatile Senior Game Programmer to join their growing team. The role focuses on developing AI bots, core gameplay mechanics, and character interactions within the context of a new game mode. The position requires a well-rounded programmer passionate about creating immersive experiences and collaborating across disciplines to deliver a polished game.
Requirements
- 4+ years of game development experience
- Experience with Unreal Engine and at least one shipped title
- Strong Blueprints and C++ skills
- Familiarity with AI techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Passion for creating engaging gameplay experiences
