The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years of manufacturing and/or logistics operational experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years' manufacturing and/or logistics operational experience
• Recruiting experience is a plus
• 1-3 years' prior operations experience in manufacturing or distribution center environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
