Job Description
Impec Group is seeking a Handyman Technician to maintain and upkeep facility facilities. The role involves general repairs, preventative maintenance, moving furniture, and keeping spaces clean. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, handling recycling, and assisting with events. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, focused on safety and work environment.
Requirements
- Perform non-technical setup of furniture, lamps, appliances, and vacuum cleaners.
- Assist with preventive maintenance of residential appliances.
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned areas.
- Assist with moving furniture for occupant turnover and special events.
- Deliver and pick up tables, chairs, and canopies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Basic computer skills in a work environment.
- Regular lifting, bending, and pushing of heavy items.
- Working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques.
